The CohortTwelve months with Andre NormanThirty seats a quarter

Most of the people I work with now aren’t at the bottom.

They got further up than they expected and got stuck, or they took a hit nobody knows about.

The Cohort is twelve months of working the method with Andre Norman in the room. Twenty-six live calls, his written read of your plan, and thirty seats a quarter.

See the twelve months

Before you go any further

Use your easier options up first.

Andre Norman · Session 1
“I don’t want the person who’s tried two things and they think there’s 30 things out there. If you’ve tried everything else and you still haven’t achieved the thing that you want, call me. If you have another option, use that option first. Use all your options up. Go try every easy way that you can think of to get it done. And when you get to the end of the row like this just isn’t happening, that’s when you call me.”

If there is an easier way you have not tried, go and try it. This will still be here.

There is a method

He did not write his own list. His enemies did.

Andre Norman · Session 2
“Most people plan for what they want and not who they’re not. And who they’re not shows up when it comes time to execution.”
“I walked to a group of people who don’t want more and talked about the moon and the stars. And what they did? They shot it down. You can’t go. And they told me all the reason. The crazy thing is they made my list. They told me all the things. You can’t go to Harvard because you’re black, you’re a gang member, you can’t read well, you’re violent, you’re crazy, you’re poor, your family’s poor, you’re a high school dropout, you hurt people for a living. When I went back to my cell, I had the list of all the things I needed to do. So I needed my high school diploma. I went and got that. I needed anger management. I went and got that. I needed mental health counseling. I went and got that.”
Andre Norman · Session 2

Serving a long sentence

The law library, then the appeal

A plan written before the outcome, against an obstacle list he did not get to choose.

“This is not a belief thing. It’s an executable work thing. I didn’t need to believe, I just needed to do the work.”
Andre Norman · Session 2

Who this is for

For people who found that the number went up and the problem did not move.

“Most of the people that I know who are still stuck, they want a miracle. They want a lottery ticket. They don’t want a hard hat and some boots. And then when you do convince them to put on hard hat and boots, the first time they get a little bit of success, they think it’s the biggest win ever. And it is in route to the greatest win ever. And they quit early.”
Andre Norman · Session 6
“You’ll be a quitter with more money.”
Andre Norman · Session 6

The No You Didn’t See Coming

The funding fell through. The partner walked. The board said no and didn’t tell you why. You’re not broke, you’re stalled, and nobody has handed you the reason.

Higher Than You Planned, and Stuck

You got the thing. It didn’t fix what you thought it would fix. That’s not ingratitude. That’s altitude, and altitude has weather.

What You Built Stopped Working

The company, the partnership, your name. You’re not broke, you’re stuck, and everyone around you only knows the winning version of you.

Carrying Someone Else

Your kid, your partner, someone you employ. Every resource in the world and no idea which one helps. I’ll show you what moves a person and what never does.

What twelve months looks like

The year, in order.

Week 1

Your cohort starts. Thirty people, one start date, one private channel.

Weeks 1 to 5

You build your Comeback List. The Journal runs it, ten minutes a day.

Every other week, from week 1

A live call with Andre. Twenty-six across the year.

Week 5

Andre reads your List and writes back. Once, with your name on it.

Month 12

The term on his time ends. The method stays yours.

The Masterclass and the Journal are yours with no time limit, the same as if you had bought them on their own. The parts that use Andre’s time run twelve months from the day your cohort starts.

What the calls actually are

The calls are the whole room, and that is why there are twenty-six of them.

They are open to everyone currently inside The Cohort, not only the thirty who started when you did. A room per cohort would have to be monthly, and it would get thinner every quarter as cohorts stack up. Shared is what makes twenty-six survivable.

Your thirty is your start date, your private Base Camp channel, and your own week-five read.

The week-five read

Once, in week five, with your name on it.

01

It is the only place below $25,000 where Andre works on one buyer’s specific situation with their name on it. The Masterclass has none. The calls are shared. The Residency is $25,000.

02

It is a written artifact you keep past the twelve months. The terms already guarantee you keep everything you wrote.

03

It is one read because it is a real read. Thirty a quarter is his ceiling.

Why it costs $1,997

Somebody with information, or somebody you would hate to disappoint.

Andre Norman · Session 5
“If the person that you’re looking up to, you ain’t worried about disappointing them, they’re not your mentor. Just somebody with some information.”

The Masterclass is somebody with some information. The Cohort is somebody who reads your List in week five and is on a call with you a fortnight later.

What you pay

$1,997

Twenty-six live calls, a written read of your plan, and the full masterclass. One payment. That is about $77 a session.

What the market pays

$25,000

His live speaking fee starts there. That is not our number. It is listed by AAE Speakers, BigSpeak and WSB.

“I can’t do push-ups for you. You want to be fast, I can’t do the training for you. There’s some things I can do for you, but some things you have to do yourself.”
Session 5
“I can learn from anybody, but I want instruction from winners.”
Session 1

What is not promised

Every other week is the floor, not the ceiling.

Andre promised twenty-six rather than fifty-two so he would never have to miss one. When his schedule allows he adds hours and posts them in Base Camp.

Calls move around his travel. The travel is the reason he is worth this: in the last year, a maximum security prison in New York, five African countries, the Pentagon.

Sessions are live. Recordings are not guaranteed.

Proof, honestly

Run five days of the method before paying anything.

The Cohort has no member results to show you, because nobody has finished a year of it yet. What exists is evidence about the teacher, not about the outcome: the fellowship, the bureaus, the documentaries, 1,200 talks in 25 countries. That is a different claim and worth naming as one.

So the honest proof is the method itself. Session 1 and the first five Climb prompts are free. Work them, and decide from the inside.

“My question of the day is, who can I help today. You get to determine if it’s you or not.”
